Yes Bank has launched ‘Loan in Seconds’, a unique solution enabling instant disbursement of retail loans for the bank’s pre-approved liability account holders. The bank said ‘Loan in Seconds’ aims to provide hassle-free loans to help customers meet their financial needs across products. Through its algorithm it assesses a loan application in real-time, eliminating the lengthy process of documentation, thereby resulting in a seamless customer experience. The customer need not visit a bank branch or fill forms or submit documentation. Instead eligible customers will receive communication from the bank with a link to apply. All that a customer needs to do is verify and accept the final offer, check the terms and authenticate the request for enabling instant money credit into their account. Rajan Pental, Global Head – Retail Banking at the bank, said with this product, the bank is providing a diffeentiated banking experience to customers as the loan gets instantly credited to their accounts in a completely paperless and hassle-free way.
