YES Bank has launched three all-women operated branches ‘Yes Grace’ in Bengaluru, New Delhi and Mumbai. The branch will offer customized banking solutions to women. R. Ravichander, regional director of the bank, said Bengaluru that there will, however, be no restriction in the customer base as the branch will serve male customers as well. The branch has 8 employees but this number will go up to 12, the bank said adding it will also drive financial literacy, family banking, safety and wellness among women. The bank’s CEO and MD Rana Kapoor said in a statement the Yes Grace branch is part of a two pronged approach by the bank – to promote women leadership in financial services sector and enable the evolving financial objectives of women.
