The strategy is about a continuous user experience, not about a specific technology.
How are leading banks managing functionality overload in their mobile apps?
Banks have done a good job in not doing that. They are doing specific functionality and pointing people to website for other stuff.
Evolution and status of gesture recognition? Its future?
Gestures will be part of immersive technologies. Senses will be a bigger part of the interaction. Use of VR in banking is expected, replacing brick and mortar with virtual branch. Another is data visualization – from investment banking charts. This is called immersive analytics.
What are the most common compromises in mandating faster implementation?
They try to use existing system as good enough. If they have an existing backend service, they will try to reuse that even though it is not the right choice. So, there is a need to bring in expertise and new tools.
