Union Bank of India is taking up a project of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and wishes to engage a service provider to identify, develop, test, implement and manage a system. The bank intends to take up the project on an opex model. The bank wants a service provider capable of automating end to end processes, inherent logic handling mechanism with exception handling. The bank will provide required access to relevant platforms. The intention of having such a system is to automate multiple set of processes spanning over various fields of banking operations without any integration. Such processes will typically require the bots to access multiple systems, excel workbooks and system generated dumps in various steps and subsequently fetch, populate and generate data fields based on intermediate responses. The proposed solution will cover process discovery from users using tools, automating them either using robotics or human intervention-based easy workflows, end-to-end robotics operations. The bank wants the system to ensure efficient, effective and compliant deployment of processes, workflows and robots through onboarding of new robot projects into a global command center, supporting the robots in operations from a planning, scheduling, load balancing perspective and create a structure that can fix support for the proposed Robotics Control Point with Tier 1/Tier 2 level support and disaster planning and business control testing.
