UBI to implement omni-channel digital solution

United Bank of India is looking to implement an omni-channel digital banking solution with focus on mobile devices but not ruling out other form factors like desktops, tablets, kiosks and ATMs. The bank wants the solution to have modules for retail as well as corporate clients. The bank will provide hardware and OS for the system. All the existing services, customizations and interfaces with bank’s internal as well as external systems must be made available in the proposed product. The selected service provider will be required to provide a mobile application development platform for customizing the proposed solution and development of unlimited number of bank’s mobile applications.
