Union Bank of India has conceived a project for robotic process automation and is looking for system integrators for identification, development, testing, implementation and management of a suitable system. The bank wants the project to be executed on an opex model. The selected service provider will be required to implement automated end to end processes, inherent logic handling mechanism with exception handling. The bank will provide required access to relevant platforms. The bank wants a solution capable of automating multiple sets of processes (having a high transaction throughput of structured digitalized data, with relatively fixed processing paths and/or user interfaces, which do not change frequently, and are rule-based activities) spanning over various fields of banking operations. Such processes will typically require bots to access multiple systems, excel workbooks and system generated dumps in various steps and subsequently fetch, populate and generate data fields based on intermediate responses.
