Leading cooperative bank SVC Bank announced that it has implemented Digital Hexa, a system to offer digitized customer services and facilitation. The bank’s customers will now be able to avail of a wide range of digital services including debit cards, net banking, IMPS, NEFT/RTGS, mobile app and UPI. Rakesh Singh, head-Retail Banking at the bank, said with the addition of UPI in the digital repertoire, the bank’s customers will now get a complete digital service experience. The endeavor is to make the bank a complete digitized entity soon, he added. The bank has been complimented by NPCI for its active collaboration in taking the Digital India initiative ahead.
