Sidbi needs consultant for HR strategy revamp

HR strategy revampSidbi is proposing to revamp/redesign its HR strategy and has notified the requirement of a consultant to undertake the task. The selected consultant will help the bank to develop, design and implement an integrated HR framework and carry out various new HR initiatives for implementation of the same. The consultant’s task would involve redesigning the existing HR strategy and its alignment with business imperatives, including examining various existing HR policies, suggesting modifications / improvements to align it with the bank’s requirements/ emerging market practices as well as best industry practices in the similar functioning and also enabling the bank to meet and acquire the latest international quality certification and designing strategy/ plans for officer engagement at all levels as well as career management of officers and review of critical positions for succession planning.
