A Shiju Rawther has joined CARE Ratings as its new Chief Information & Technology Officer. Prior to joining CARE, he was the Chief Information Officer at Poonawalla Finance. At CARE, he will be spearheading the complete IT function, technology strategies, enterprise wide IT transformation and designing the digital roadmap for the rating agency and its subsidiary business functions. Shiju Rawther is a technology leader with strong business acumen and vast experience in major operating tenets of driving digital transformation through thought leadership, innovation, analytics and delivering value to stakeholders. He comes with successful and steady career growth in reputed organizations, including IIFL Finance, TransUnion CIBIL, Fullerton India Credit Company and Wipro InfoTech. In one of his previous assignments, he had set up a complete technology landscape comprising of IT applications, IT infrastructure, building information security operations and process automation from the scratch. He holds an engineering degree in computer science & engineering and a management degree in information technology.
