State Bank India has donated funds to Vatsalya Trust of Mumbai to install a solar power system at the trust’s premises. The donation was facilitated by the bank’s CAG-BKC Mumbai branch, as a part of the CSR program. P. Pradeep Kumar, MD & GE (CB), who presented the cheque to the trust, talked about the bank’s various community service measures and said most of these initiatives were on an ongoing basis. The cheque was presented to Dr. Vilas B. Ainapure, president, Vatsalya Trust. Saraswathy Athmanan, CGM, CAG – Central Office and N. Sundar, GM & RH of he bank, and key office bearers of Vatsalya Trust attended the function.
