Samsung Pay will be launched in Singapore in Q2 of the current financial year, according to the company. Samsung has entered in a partnership with Citibank to trial the product in the country. Currently Samsung Pay is available in South Korea and the United States. Now the company plans to expand operations to seven more countries including China and Singapore. In Singapore, select consumers who are also Citibank credit cardholders have been invited to enter their interest in participating in the trial. When launched, Samsung Pay will be compatible with the Galaxy S7, S7 Edge, S6 Edge+, and Note 5 in Singapore.
