Standard Chartered Bank – India has appointed Samrat Khosla as its head of Wealth Management. He is expected to take charge on 1 February from Nitin Singh, who has decided to leave the bank to pursue other opportunities. Khosla, who will relocate to India, has a wide experience in banking domains like distribution, products and wealth management. He joined the bank in 2003 and worked in various roles across retail and wealth management before joining the bank’s group wealth management team in Singapore in 2010. In his new position, he will report to Zarin Daruwala, India, CEO and Sumeet Bhambri, regional head, WM, ASEAN & South Asia and head, WM, Singapore.
