Satish Kumar Kalra, ED at Andhra Bank, has been given the additional charge of MD and CEO of the bank. The position of MD and CEO has become vacant after incumbent C.V.R. Rajendran retired at the end of April. Kalra will hold the additional charge for a period of three months, or till the date of appointment of a regular MD and CEO or until further orders, which ever is the earliest, according to the filing.
