BNP Paribas has appointed Ravinder Singh as MD and CEO of BNP Paribas Wealth Management India. He will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the wealth management division in India and look after its operations and growth. He will report to the head of Indian and international markets, Samir Bimal, and BNP Paribas India territory head Franciska Decuypere. Singh had joined BNP Paribas Wealth Management in 2013 and was appointed the head of its India sales division in 2016. The French bank has more than 377 billion euros in assets under management as of March 2019. It has presence in 73 countries and has 1.96 lakh employees, including 17,000 in the Asia-Pacific region.
