Central Bank of India has been awarded first prize for excellent implementation of Official Language Policy of government of India in Mumbai Metro area for the year 2013. B.K. Singal, field general manager, received the prize from Vinod Kumar Sharma, deputy director, ministry of home affairs, Rajbhasha Vibhag and Mukund Kulkarni, chairman Bank TOLIC and general manager, Bank of Maharashtra at a function in Mumbai.
