P.V. Bharathi is the new MD and CEO of Corporation Bank. Her appointment has been confirmed by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet. Bharathi was an ED at Canara Bank. The government has approved the appointment of K. Ramachandran as ED of Allahabad Bank, Balakrishna Alse as ED of Oriental Bank of Commerce and Birupaksha Mishra as ED of Corporation Bank. Ramachandran was GM at Corporation Bank, Alse at Corporation Bank and Mishra at Central Bank of India.
