Oman Arab Bank (OAB) launched its new unified digital banking platform that offers an all-new simplified interface used across all digital channels including internet, ATM, and the new mobile banking application. The bank also announced the launch of its new mobile banking application, which uses the same innovative icon-based design, offering the OAB customers an exceptional banking experience. The bank said it has upgraded the infrastructure including 152 ATMs, 57 branches and eight representative offices across the sultanate to make it compatible with the new platform. All the very latest digital developments have been incorporated in the new platform, the bank said. The intention, according to a senior official of the bank, is to position OAB as a financial institution that delivers an enhanced customer experience across all touchpoints; either in our branch, via phone banking or online.
