NPCI is looking to engage a managed security service partner for managing its world class state of the art security operations center (SOC) as part of its plan to further strengthen its information systems security. The service provider will also be required to take care of the processes for its applications and infrastructure including security device management. The scope of work will broadly include supply, installation solution and subsequent maintenance and support. NPCI intends to procure following solution and the broad scope of work will include installing and configuring Enterprise Security Service Bus (ESSB) solution at NPCI Data Center and DR center, integrate the ESSB solution with the NPCI’s Active Directory system for authentication, integrate the ESSB solution with various security tools available in NPCI environment, enable SOC/IR team to provide automatic remediation of raised alerts through playbooks provided and placed inside the ESSB solution, configure ESSB solution at primary DC and DR site, etc.
