National Bank of Oman (NBO) has launched its new fully-featured public portal, www.nbo.om, which is designed for an intuitive customer-friendly experience, providing new ways for customer to interact digitally with the bank through innovative features such as web chat and ‘call me back’ functions, easy access to essential information and services including branch and ATM locator, and loan calculators for all existing and potential National Bank of Oman clients. The remodelled portal, which is available in both Arabic and English, has a number of ground-breaking features and is available on a wide range of devices, including tablets and smartphones, to make banking more accessible than ever for National Bank of Oman customers. The extensive content available on the online banking platform has been specifically designed to help clients apply for products easily and browse the bank’s multitude of services allowing them to benefit from a better understanding of their own personal finances.
