Sri Lanka’s Nations Trust Bank said it is launching a mobile banking app from Daon. The app will be launched by FriMi, the digital bank, payments platform and lifestyle partner powered by the bank. The apps will be using Daon’s IdentityX platform capabilities for biometrics. FriMi allows contactless and QR code payments. Thilak Piyadigama, COO, Nations Trust Bank, said the bank chose to partner with Daon to provide its customers with the best user experience possible, while deploying a secure and scalable solution.
