Suresh Kumar K., General Manager, Institutional Development Department, NABARD, will be a Guest of Honour speaker at the 16th National Cooperative Banking Summit (NCBS) and Frontiers in Cooperative Banking (FCBA) Awards 2022, to be held on October 15-16 at Marriot Hotel, Indore. He will deliver his address on October 15 as part of the inauguration session.
The Institutional Development Department deals with strengthening rural financial institutions including cooperative banks to ensure efficient credit delivery and its review. Suresh Kumar K has been working with NABARD for the last 34 years. He has worked in various capacities in NABARD’s regional offices of Assam, Kerala, Rajasthan, Jharkhand and Maharashtra, before joining NABARD head office in 2017. He has also worked in various departments of NABARD dealing with infrastructure funding, refinancing, farm sector development, climate change, microfinance, consultancy, PACS as multi-service centre (MSC) funding, financial inclusion and IT before joining the Institutional Development Department.
