Sushil Muhnot, who was removed as CMD of Bank of Maharashtra, has approached the Delhi High Court against the government’s action. He filed a writ petition and the same is expected to come up for hearing in December. The government had removed Muhnot as CMD four days ahead of his scheduled retirement on 30 September.
