Karur Vysya Bank has entered into a bancassurance partnership with Aditya Birla Health Insurance to provide insurance services to its customers. The bank has a partnership with Birla Sunlife Insurance for providing life insurance products to its customers. The bank said it decided to go with Aditya Birla Health Insurance as the company offers a combination of compelling product proposition and has a strong market reputation. P.R. Seshadri, MD and CEO of the bank, said the arrangement will be mutually beneficial to both the companies as the bank will be able to add one more service to its bouquet, while the insurance will be able to access millions of the bank’s customers, especially in the tier I, II and III centers.
