Karnataka Bank has launched a mobile app KBL POS Manager aimed to provide ease and convenience for its point-of-sale merchant establishments. The android-based mobile application will help the bank’s POS merchant establishments in managing the activities around POS installation. The bank said the app will give flexibility to merchants to manage their store sales using their smartphone. Customers neither need to call the help-desk to log support tickets nor do they need to check emails to see daily settlement report. Store sales can be viewed and monitored from anywhere. MD and CEO of the banks P Jayarama Bhat said the mobile devices have now become the focal point in any business. Banking is no exception to this, he said. The mobile app can be downloaded free of cost from the Google PlayStore.
