IDBI Bank launched its first self-service mini branch kiosk in Mumbai. The kiosk will take care of customers’ requests for personalized cheque leaves dispensation and issue of demand drafts and pay orders on 24X7 basis. In addition, there is an ATM too at the kiosk. B K Batra, DMD, said the bank will install more such 24×7 banking facilities so that its customers can do banking at their own convenience and time.
