Geneva-based private bank Hinduja Bank has been renamed S.P. Hinduja Banque Privee. The rebranding has been at the instance of the newly appointed CEO Karam Hinduja. He said the rebranding is to honour his grandfather who founded the bank in 1978. He said he wants S.P. Hinduja Banque Privée not just to become a better bank, but to redefine what private banking stands for. In doing so, the values of the founder S.P. Hinduja will be upheld. The change in name has been approved by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority. The bank has recently introduced several new services and opened new divisions that include Private Capital and Strategic Growth Advisory, as well as broader Asset Management and Investment Advisory offering.
