HDFC Bank will make use of Adobe’s ‘Marketing Cloud’ platform to offer personalized digital experiences to its customers. The bank said it has developed a comprehensive e-mail marketing solution based on the Adobe platform that will span multiple outbound channels including email, SMS, social and mobile apps. The bank will replace its current engine for outbound campaigns with an all new solution based on the ‘Adobe Campaign’ marketing solution. With this, the bank will be able to handle huge volumes of customer enquiries and emails. Kartik Jain, EVP and head, Marketing and Customer Analytics of the bank, said the implementation of this solution provides the bank with a comprehensive view of its customers’ engagements with its campaigns, allowing it to share relevant, personalized marketing content with them with a real-time response.
