Federal Bank has introduced a video conference facility for its customers called Vconnect. The facility enables customers to interact with bank’s relationship managers through video conferencing from any part of the world. An easy to use interface accessible through the bank’s website , VConnect opens up one more convenient touch point for the customers, especially the NRI clientele, to directly reach out to the bank officials for availing specialized services such as loans, savings, investments and insurance products and wealth management and advisory services, the bank said in a press statement.
