Federal Bank has assigned new roles and responsibilities to its top management. Accordingly, Shalini Warrier will be ED & Head – Retail Banking, Pitchai Mahalingam, who was Head – Operations & Transaction Banking, will assume the role of Head – Internal Audit, Ashutosh Kajuria, who was CFO will now be ED and Head – Treasury Business, Damodaran Chambath, who was Vice President – Planning, will be Chief Risk Officer and Johnson Jose, who was CTO, will be Head – Transaction Banking. The changes have been made to take care of retirements – of Varghese TA, who was Head – Internal Audit, and Wilson Cyriac, who was CRO.
