The appointments are in line with the exponential growth expected in the P2P lending market in the country. Shivam Gupta is an experienced banker with 12 years of experience in risk management across retail and business lending spanning all markets in South East Asia region. At Faircent.com, He will be responsible for risk and risk analytics, operations and collection. He was part of the global risk management team of Standard Chartered Bank based in Singapore for the last 10 years. Karun Thareja has extensive experience in marketing, sales and business management. He was part of the leadership at an analytics startup WyzMindz. He has also been with IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, Dassault Systems and NIIT
