Data analytics and credit information firm Experian India has announced its collaboration with FPL Technologies to educate consumers on ways to manage their credit profile and score via the OneScore app, a credit monitoring mobile tool which allows consumers to access their credit score free of cost. The partnership is expected to help consumers monitor, understand and get insights into their credit score and report on a monthly basis. OneScore uses AI-powered ‘score planner’ that helps consumers improve their score. The app analyzes one’s credit report and provides personalized tips on improving credit score apart from sending alerts whenever the score changes. Ashish Singhal, MD, Experian Credit Information Company of India said partnering with players like OneScore gives the company the opportunity to educate consumers about the importance of a good credit score. It also helps in enabling financial access to credit thereby putting consumers in control of their credit reports.
