Doha Bank, in collaboration with Mastercard has launched a suite of new debit card products with innovative value-added services for its customers. The range consists of the Doha Bank Mastercard debit card, as well as premium World Elite and World variants. The cards will allow users to conduct contactless transactions using their debit cards when in the country on NAPS, Qatar Central Bank’s secure National ATM & POS Switch, as well as internationally through Mastercard’s platform. For the first time, the bank’s customers will also be able to carry out eCommerce transactions with the added security of Mastercard SecureCode and QPAY (Qatar Central Bank Payment gateway system) using their Mastercard debit cards. The cardholders will also earn Doha Miles, the bank’s loyalty program, on their eCommerce and cross-border spends.
