The lockdown following the onset of the pandemic has altered how India pays, driven by lifestyle changes, says a study jointly carried out by NPCI and People Research on India’s Consumer Economy & Citizen Environment. “Across the spectrum, people were finding ways to live, work, transact and discovering the uses of digital transactions,” says the study.
