Deutsche Bank is expected to shift nearly half of its UK staff to the European continent over coming years in the wake of Brexit. According to reports, around 4000 positions will move to Frankfurt and Berlin under the bank’s base case scenario. The bank intends to relocate jobs in 2018 at the earliest once it has dealt with regulatory approvals and other preparations, the reports said. No plans have been finalized and numbers could still change depending on the UK’s talks with the European Union.
