Deutsche Bank to strengthen its tech centers

Deutsche Bank is expected to hire over 3000 technology graduates to strengthen its technology centers in India, Russia, Romania and the US. It will engage 1000 people in India including 300 engineering graduates of various disciplines from 30 different campuses of NITs and IITs. These freshers are expected to come on board in July.

The bank has recently reorganized its global technology development stream which comprised some 20 large, small and fragments groups in some 60 countries in order enhance focus through its key tech locations like Pune, Bengaluru, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Bucharest and Cary. The bank said it is consolidating teams where focused development of technology was going to come from, in the future. The bank is now undergoing a digital transformation process at a cost of 13 billion euros. Among the tasks is replacing its legacy IT systems.
