The technology hub of DBS Bank in Hyderabad – DBS Asia Hub 2 – has won the Centre Transformation Award at the Zinnov Awards 2018. The award recognizes DBS Asia Hub 2 for its rapid transformation, from a pure cost center into a value center. The Asia Hub is the bank’s first technology development center outside Singapore that supports the bank in strengthening its technological capabilities across the region as well as its digital banking strategy. The hub has built a strong ecosystem, building over 200 live APIs leading to about 50 live partners. The center focuses on Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, automation and cloud besides other latest technologies, to reimagine banking.
