DBS Bank India has plans to increase its customer touchpoints from the current 70 in the next 6 to 12 months. The touchpoints of the bank are a combination of branches and kiosks across 25 cities. Priyashish Das, the bank’s head – Branch Banking and Wealth Management, Consumer Banking, said the bank’s commitment to India is increasing day by day and the intention now is to set up 100 touchpoints across 25 cities across India. DBS Group has been present in Hyderabad since 2016 when it had established a technology hub – DBS Asia Hub 2 – there, which is the group’s largest technology and operations hub outside of Singapore.
