Corporation Bank has received Skoch Achiever Award for national SME enablement. Bank MD and CEO Jai Kumar Garg received the award from urban development minister M. Venkaiah Naidu. According to the bank, advances to the micro, small and medium enterprises by the bank was Rs 26,880 crore as on December 2015 with a year-on-year growth of Rs 2,533 crore, advances to micro enterprises stood at Rs 10,337 crore as on December 2015 and has shown a growth of Rs 2,269 crore over December 2014.
