City Union Bank has launched an ‘all-in-one’ mobile banking app on its 116th foundation day. The app comes with a multilingual interactive chatbot, wealth management offerings and UPI-optimized user interface and eWallet with enhanced and user friendly features. It also has provisions for all the financial and non-financial transactions. The app will provide a platform for usual transactions like fund transfers, bill payments, opening/closing deposits, balance enquiry and statement of accounts. The bank said customers can interact with the bot for their general banking queries and do transactions as well. The bot will provide information like monthly/quarterly average balance, consolidated deposit balance, deposit maturing dates, etc. The bot is in learning phase and will add additional banking transactions soon.
