Central bank of India has appointed as Chief Risk Officer. The bank is the first to appoint a CRO from the market. Shukla has over 35 years of diversified experience in banking and has been working as General Manager, Risk Management Department of State Bank of India. Central Bank of India, which has a 108-year-old legacy, now intends to strengthen risk management and risk culture in the bank, which it hopes can lead to sustainable value creation for its stakeholders.
