Paytm Payments Bank is offering a new service to senior citizens and differently-abled persons having savings accounts in the bank. It will provide cash at home to these people in a matter of 2 days once they make a request. The bank said these people can click on the ‘Cash at Home’ tab in their Paytm app and within 2 days of raising the request, the bank executive will deliver the requested amount at the account holder’s registered address. The bank said the facility has been introduced to make the banking experience more convenient and accessible for their customers. The bank has launched the service for senior and differently-abled citizens to help them cope with the COVID-19 pandemic. The minimum and the maximum amount that can be requested are Rs 1000 and Rs 5000 respectively.
