Canara Bank is planning to undertake a Hi Impact Sensitization Training program, which is intended to empower the large number of employees who have been recently recruited as also other senior employees by sensitizing them regarding the culture at the bank, ethos, sense of belongingness and ownership and concern for customers and finally involving them in the transformation process which would enable smooth implementation of the strategic ideas and achieving key targets and goals. The bank is looking for a training vendor in this regard. The bank intends to cover all the employees under the program during a time span of 15 months.
