BSE has become India’s first ever stock exchange to get certified with International Standard for Business Continuity Management System (ISO22301:2012) BCMS. The exchange is Asia’s oldest and now the world’s fastest exchange with the speed of 6 microseconds. The accreditation has been done by DNV GL, an international accredited registrar and classification society headquartered in Hovik, Norway. The certification was presented to Ashishkumar Chauhan, MD & CEO, BSE, by Prakash Tikare, country head-India, DNV GL. Tikare said BSE has very matured Information Security Management System (ISO 27001) in place over the years and now with the implementation of Business Continuity Management System (ISO 22301), it has taken an important step forward. Ashishkumar Chauhan said the certificate represent the management and the team’s commitment to customers and stakeholders.
