Bank of Maharashtra has opened a renovated and modernized branch called ‘Utkarsha Branch’ in Pune. R.K.Gupta, ED of the bank, inaugurated the branch. He said the branch is well equipped with state of the art technology, specially designed lounges for HNIs and Klik 2 Bank e-lounges with ATMs, cash deposit machines, pass book printing machines and cheque deposit machines. It means that customers at branch will not be required to wait in long queues for routine banking facilities. Consultancy firm Ernst & Youngis assisting the bank in its strategic business transformation project ‘Utkarsha’. Gupta said the bank has privilege to have highest CASA and priority percentage in banking, which shows its customer centric policies and its services to the common man.
