Bank of Baroda will offer FLASHremit, an instant banking facility provided by UAE Exchange, to its customers who would wish to remit funds from abroad to their desired accounts in India. The remittace will be possible within minutes using the FLASHremit facility. Dr B. R. Shetty, MD & CEO, UAE Exchange, said the service will enable customers to get the money transferred to the desired bank account within minutes and they will get an SMS notification the moment the amount is credited in the bank account. Ranjan Dhawan, MD & CEO, Bank of Baroda, hoped that the new arrangement will further strengthen the relationship between the two entities, which share a similar passion for customer service and derive the enthusiasm from same values.
