Bank of Baroda is looking for a partner to implement and support a performance management solution of SAP – Successfactors on cloud. The bank wants the solution to be implemented for all the officers (~25,000) based out of India. All the employees in overseas branches, subsidiaries and RRBs, clerks and sub-staff may have to be subsequently added to this proposed system. The bank has an agreement with SAP India for 25,001 users for a period of 5 years for subscription of SAP-Successfactors. The scope of the project consists of implementation and maintenance of SAP- Successfactors (performance management module) and development, implementation and maintenance of PHP-based web applications as the bank wants to implement bespoke PHP=based web application to support target setting process, performance dashboards and analytics for corporate banking. Besides, the selected service provider will have to integrate the PMS with core Human Resources management software (legacy HRMS) solution – Oracle e-business suite (EBS) and data warehouse etc.
