Punjab National Bank wants to engage a social media engagement service provider to assist the bank in creating and managing a strong social media presence. The bank at present has some presence in social media channels like Face Book, Twitter and LinkedIn. The bank wants to have a system whereby it can engage customers through social media networks, monitor unstructured social media data for analysis and insights of customer sentiment, behaviour and interests and deliver through social media channels the best of one to one experiences. It is looking for a service provider with a thorough understanding of the social media, the laws of the land with regard to social media participation and which can facilitate the bank to frame appropriate policy, procedure, guidelines and monitoring tools.
