Aviva Life Insurance has been named India’s most trusted brand for the second year in a row as per a study by the Trust Research Advisory. In the ninth edition of the Brand Trust Report, Aviva ranked in Top 10 Most Trusted Brands of India, advancing 451 positions to secure the 8th position this year. The report has ranked Aviva Life Insurance second in the BFSI industry and is the only private life insurance industry player to get listed in the report. The study titled ‘The Brand Trust Report, India Study, 2019’ was launched in Mumbai and Delhi. Anjali Malhotra, chief customer, marketing, digital and IT officer, Aviva Life Insurance, said the recognition is a testament to the company’s consistent customer centric approach. She added that the company will continue to push the frontiers of excellence and innovation; as these are the qualities that have enabled the company to meet consumer expectations and sustain their brand trust.
