Technology firm LinguaNext is in talks with nationalized and private banks for deploying its solutions at ATMs to help users get transaction details in local languages. The Pune-based firm offers application language management solutions and is already working with different banks, including the State Bank of India. LinguaNext CEO Jagdish Sahasrabudhe said using the company’s solutions, ATMs will be able to offer transaction slips in local languages to the customers. Currently, ATMs generate receipts in English, though there is an option of doing transactions in Hindi.
