Andhra Bank has come out with ABHi, an AI-based interactive assistant, for the benefit of its customers. J. Packirisamy, MD & CE0 of the bank, launched the unveiled the chatbot at a function at the bank’s headquarters in Hyderabad. ABHi uses a latest AI and NLP algorithm to understand the customer query and fetch the relevant information from its knowledgebase in a matter of milliseconds. The customers will be able to get the information instantaneously 24×7, anytime they want. They can connect and know details from ABHi through the bank’s website over mobile/desktop browser, Facebook Messenger and over voice using Google Assistant. They can ask details on digital banking, loans, banking services, government schemes, insurance, etc, lodge complaints, know nearest branch / ATM on Google Map and recharge prepaid mobile.
